That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building.

That a detailed specification of the joinery for the conservatory, windows and external doors shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to commencement of works on the site.
