is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the existing hedging along the western and southern boundaries
shown on the submitted plans to be retained shall be retained and
properly maintained and that any plant which may die or be seriously
damaged or destroyed within three years of the completion of the
development shall be replaced and the replacement shall be properly
maintained.
Reason: To safeguard the hedges which are visually important.
