Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 3rd May 2000
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That having regard to the small scale nature of this largely unaltered lodge house and to its prominent location in the Conservation Area, the addition of a two storey extension would compromise the character of the existing building and would detract from the character and visual amenity of the Goring-on-Thames Conservation Area. As such the proposal would be contrary to policies CON8, CON10, CON15 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
