Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the proposal shall be constructed as part of a joint scheme with the
scheme approved under planning permission P99/W0691 at 6 Cross Road
and it shall not be occupied until the scheme at 6 Cross Road has been
completed in accordance with the approved plans.
Reason: To ensure satisfactory comprehensive development and to
