Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the proposal shall be constructed as part of a joint scheme with the scheme approved under planning permission P99/W0692 at 8 Cross Road and it shall not be occupied until the scheme at 8 Cross Road has been completed in accordance with the approved plans. Reason: To ensure satisfactory comprehensive development and to safeguard the character of the area.
