Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the extension shall not be occupied until all parts of the external walls proposed to be cement rendered have been cement rendered to match the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the gabled ends of the extension hereby permitted shall be finished with corbelled eaves to match the existing. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
