Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of
the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be
occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation
and use of the existing property as accommodation for elderly parents
as specified in the application and upon the accommodation hereby
permitted ceasing to be used and occupied for this purpose it shall
then be incorporated into the accommodation of the main dwelling.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality and because
permission is given only in view of the special circumstances.
That the alterations and extension to the garage hereby permitted shall
only be implemented as part of the joint extension with that at
No 11 Fane Drive and shall not be occupied until completion of the
extension to that property.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to
safeguard the character of the area.
