That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
 
Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings
        and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That within one month of the commencement of demolition, all of the
building and materials therefrom shall be removed from the land,
and the land shall be left in a tidy condition.
 
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Didcot
        Northbourne Conservation Area.
