Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning

That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
finish of the external staircase has been submitted to and approved
in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the flat roofed enclosed area at first floor level adjacent to the
proposed flat shall not be used as a roof terrace.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the parking provision shall be as shown on the deposited drawing,
reference 97/02015/7(C) all constructed, surfaced and laid out, retained
and maintained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience.
