Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to the location of the conservatory relative to
the adjoining property, the proposals would result in an oppressive
and unneighbourly form of development which would detract from the
residential amenity of occupiers of the adjoining property,
2 Freeman Road, contrary to Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire
Local Plan.
That, having regard to the size, height, bulk and massing of the
porch extension relative to the boundary of the site, the proposals
would result in a cramped and intrusive form of development which
would detract from the character and setting of the existing dwelling
and the visual amenity of the street scene contrary to Policy H12 of
the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
