Planning Permission on 22nd September 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That this permission shall enure for the benefit of Mrs H B Fricker and the caravan be occupied only by Mrs H B Fricker. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances. That at the expiration of the period ending 4 October 2004 or upon the caravan ceasing to be occupied by Mrs H B Fricker, whichever is the earlier, the use of the land as a site for a caravan shall be discontinued. Reason: As the permanent stationing of a caravan on the site would be contrary to the general planning policy of the Local Planning Authority. That at the expiration of the period ending 4 October 2004 or upon the caravan ceasing to be occupied by Mrs H B Fricker, whichever is the earlier, the caravan shall be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: As the permanent stationing of a caravan on the site would be contrary to the general planning policy of the Local Planning Authority.
