Decision
Planning Permission on 3rd December 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That a scheme for the landscaping of the soil bund surrounding the pond,
including the planting of live trees and shrubs, shall be submitted to
and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority within three
months of the date of this permission. The scheme shall be implemented
as approved within 12 months of the date of this permission and thereafter
be maintained in accordance with the approved scheme to the complete
satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. In the event of any of the
trees or shrubs so planted dying or being seriously damaged or destroyed
within 3 years of the completion of the development, a new tree or shrub
or equivalent number of trees or shrubs, as the case may be, of a species
first approved by the Local Planning Authority, be planted and properly
maintained in a position or positions first approved by the Local
Planning Authority.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.
That the parking of the cars belonging to persons engaged in the uses
for which planning permission is granted shall take place only in the
area designated for parking shown on the plan accompanying the
application.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
That the use of the land for commercial game shooting, hereby permitted,
shall not take place in any areas other than those lying within 20 metres
of the pond at the southern part of the site and shall not be conducted
on more than twenty-eight occasions in any calendar year.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Class A of
Part 6 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted
Development) Order 1995 or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order),
no agricultural buildings shall be erected on the land lying within
the blue or red edged areas on the plans accompanying the application
for which planning permission is hereby granted unless planning permission
has first been granted on a formal application in respect thereof.
Reason: Because planning permission is only granted on the basis that
the proposal will not result in the need for further agricultural
buildings.
