That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That prior to the first use of the extension parking space for two vehicles shall be provided on the site in accordance with the site plan accompanying the application and these spaces shall be retained thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That the existing first floor windows on the southern (side) elevation shall be blocked up as shown on the approved plans and the walls rendered to match the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
