That the crazy golf and children's play facilities, hereby permitted shall not be used by any persons other than those who are customers of the Horse and Harrow Public House and those persons shall only use the crazy golf facilities during the opening hours of the public house but not later than 8.30pm on any evening. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That no external lighting shall be installed in the crazy golf or children's play areas. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That, notwithstanding the details on the approved plan accompanying the application, a 1.8 metre high close boarded fence shall be constructed along the full length of the eastern boundary of the site within three months of the date of this permission and shall be stained to match the other close boarded fencing within the site. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That, notwithstanding the details on the approved plan accompanying the application, within three months of the date of this permission a separate access to the crazy golf area from the public house shall be constructed and the existing access to the crazy golf area through the children's play area shall be closed. Reason: To ensure the safety of persons using the children's play and crazy golf areas.
