is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
 
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
        Act 1990.
That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of and Schedule 2 to
the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995
(or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order) no fences, buildings

unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning
