That, having regard to its size and location relative to the adjoining property at 67 Westfield Road, the proposed extension would represent an oppressive and unneighbourly form of development which would overshadow and be overbearing to the adjoining property to the detriment of the residential amenity of its occupants, contrary to Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan. That the insertion of a window in the side elevation to serve bedroom 2 would be unneighbourly by reason of overlooking.
