Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the alternative footpath route shall be made available for public use prior to the commencement of any other development. Reason: To protect local amenities. That the new gate shall be painted in accordance with a scheme to be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
