That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials for making good the external walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development commences. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That samples of the materials to be used for the roofs of the porch hoods shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development commences. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That the segmental arch over the proposed new bathroom window shall be constructed to match those over the existing windows. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That space for parking shall be provided as shown on the plan accompanying letter from the agent received on 23 November 1999, and thereafter retained and maintained. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
