That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That parking provision be made for two cars to be parked on the site all constructed, surfaced and laid out, retained and maintained prior to the first occupation and use of the extension hereby permitted. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That the extension hereby permitted shall only be implemented as part of a joint extension with that at No 57 Queensway and shall not be occupied until completion of the extension to that property. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly
