That, having regard to the increased height of the roof extension,
the height and more substantial form of construction of the storeroom
extension, and to their relationship with the side windows on the
neighbouring property, the proposal represents an unneighbourly
and oppressive form of development which would be detrimental to the
residential amenities of the occupants of Pensilva.  As such the
proposal would be contrary to policy H12 of the South Oxfordshire
Local Plan.
