That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the brickwork to be used on the two storey side extension shall be laid in the same bond and with the same colouring detail as that on the existing building. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the existing building. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the east (side) elevation of the extension. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
