That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That details and samples of materials to be used for alterations to and making good the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That the works shall only be undertaken in accordance with a detailed schedule of alterations and remedial works which shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works commence. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building.
