That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the making good of the walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the new roof over the dining hall shall be covered with plain clay a tiles a sample of which shall shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That notwithstanding the details accompanying the application the new doorway to the study/bedroom 3 on the south elevation shall be reduced in width in accordance with a scheme to be submitted under the requirements of condition 4. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That notwithstanding the details accompanying the application the existing door to the store shall be retained and blocked from inside. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the decorative blue brickwork at first floor level on the southern (front) elevation shall be retained and the new window to bathroom 1 re-aligned if necessary in accordance with a scheme to be agreed under the terms of condition 4 of this permission. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
