That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That details and samples of the materials to be used to make good the existing wall shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before works commence. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That a lime based mortar mix shall be used to make good the wall. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building. That the gate shall be constructed of oak and shall be stained dark brown/black. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building.
