That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 94282/922/074 1091 and 94282/922/074 1692 accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Chief Planning Officer in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved. That development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990. That within three months of the commencement of the development the existing access onto St George's Road shall be permanently and effectively closed and the footpath reinstated in accordance with a scheme to be submitted and approved in writing by the Chief Planning Officer. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and convenience.
