Planning Permission on 16th August 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That within six months of cessation of their use for telecommunications
purposes any equipment, including the mast shall be removed from the
site. Written notice shall be given to the Local Planning Authority
within one month of the cessation of use of any equipment.
Reason: In order to avoid the proliferation of masts in this area
and to safeguard the character of the area.
That the mast and dish housing shall be finished in non-reflective
materials details of which shall have been submitted to and approved
in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
That except insofar as may be otherwise agreed in writing by the Local
Planning Authority, all trees on the land shall be retained and
protected during the course of the development and for a period
of five years following the completion of the development. Any
trees, or plants which within that period die, are removed or
become seriously damaged or diseased, shall be replaced in the next
planting season with others of a similar size and species, unless the
Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation.
Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important.
