Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the units shall be used only for purposes with Classes B8 (storage
and distribution) or B1(C) (light industrial) as defined in the Schedule
to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 and for no
other purposes notwithstanding the provisions of that Order or any
subsequent amending Order.
Reason: That inadequate provision for car parking would exist for other
uses.
That no additional first or mezzanine floor or extension shall be
constructed nothwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country
Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 or any subsequent
amending Order.
Reason: That inadequate provision for on-site car parking would exist
for larger premises.
That the open areas surrounding the building as shown on Drawing
9735/O1E shall be used for parking of vehicles, loading, unloading,
manoeuvring and amenity/landscaping purposes only and no storage,
industrial or other business use shall take place other than inside the
building.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
