That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 94312/921/762/1513A and 94312/921/974 1660A accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Chief Planning Officer in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved. That at the expiration of a period ending on the 01/07/2004 the building be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development. That the external walls and roofs of the buildings/dwellings be constructed and finished in accordance with a Schedule of Materials and Finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Chief Planning Officer. Reason: To ensure the Materials and Finishes are compatible with the surrounding development. That the colour of the external walls of the prefabricated building shall not be changed without the written authority of the Chief Planning Officer. Reason: To ensure the finishes are compatible with the surrounding development. By virtue of Regulation 9 of the Town and Country Planning General Regulations 1992, this permission enures only for the benefit of the Oxfordshire County Council.
