That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That, notwithstanding the details accompanying the application the
extended decking area shall not be enclosed by metal railings but
by a wooden balustrade, details of which shall be submitted to and
and approved in writing prior to the commencement of works on the
site.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and
appearance of the listed building.
That, following the removal of the toilet block, the rear wall shall
be made good and the rendering re-instated to match that on the
existing external rear elevation.
