That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent to
demolish the building the applicant shall take such steps and carry
out such works as shall during the progress of the works permitted
by this consent secure the safety and stability of the garden wall
which is to be retained.
Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed wall.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has
been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and
appearance of the listed building.
