Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same
colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That, prior to the construction of the extension, the outbuilding
shall be demolished, the party wall made good, and all materials
from the demolition removed from the site.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
(General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and
re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the
west elevation of the extension or any additional windows in the east
elevation of the extension other than that approved by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That, notwithstanding the details accompanying the application,
the kitchen window in the east elevation shall not be of the
size shown but of a size and type details of which shall first
have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local
Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
