That in order to provide satisfactory vision splays, a substantial length
of rural hedgerow will need to be permanently removed and this, together
with the lenghy access and passing bays, would detract from the rural
amenity of the locality, contrary to policies G1 and G2 of the adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.  In the event that proper vision splays
were not provided then the development would be detrimental to the
safety and convenience of users of the public highway contrary to
policy G10 of the Local Plan.
