Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has
been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority.

That, notwithstanding the details accompanying the application, a
brick wall shall be constructed along the boundary to Watlington
Road prior to the occupation of the building as a dwelling. Details
of the wall, including a sample of the proposed materials, shall
be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority prior to the commencement of development.

That, a scheme for the treatment of the hardstandings shall be submitted
to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to
the commencement of development.

That the materials to be used for the making good of the walls shall be
of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing
building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
