That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the making good of the walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That hedges of a species to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority shall be planted along the southern and eastern boundaries of the land as indicated on the submitted plans received on 2 June 1999. The agreed hedging shall be planted in the first planting season following the first occupation and use of the garage and shall be so tended as to grow to a height of not less than two metres. Any plant which may die or be seriously damaged or destroyed within three years of the completion of the development shall be replaced and the replacement shall be properly maintained. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.
