That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers 94281/921/030/1222B and 94312/921/721/1592B accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Chief Planning Officer in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved. That at the expiration of a period ending on 1 May 2004 the buildings shall be removed from the land or at such time before that date should permanent accommodation become available within the school following the closure and removal of the archive store whichever is the earlier and the land left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development. That the colour of the building shall not be changed without the written permission of the Chief Planning Officer. Reason: To ensure the colour is compatible with the surrounding development.
