Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
        Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be
of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing
building.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That, notwithstanding the details accompanying the application there
shall be no windows in the side elevation (side to Number 14) of the
bay extension.
 
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
