Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be
of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing
building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the kitchen and bedroom 2 extension shall not be occupied until
the glazed breakfast area with the tiled roof has been constructed in
accordance with the details accompanying the application and thereafter
retained.
Reason: To ensure that there is no overlooking the properties at the
rear.
That the bathroom window in the Northwest elevation of the building
hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first
occupation of the premises and shall thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
(General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and
re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the
Northwest elevation of the building other than those expressly
authorised by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
