of the proposed rear extensions, the development would detract from
the character and appearance of the existing dwelling and result
in an incongruous and intrusive form of development which would be
detrimental to the visual amenity of the locality contrary to Policy H12
of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That, having regard to the height of the proposed dormer windows, the
proposals would result in a dominant and intrusive form of development,
which would overlook adjoining property and detract from the
residential amenity of the occupants, contrary to Policy H12 of the
adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
