Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the parking provision shall be as shown on the deposited drawing ref SHA/99/89/101A and constructed in accordance with the attached specification and retained and maintained thereafter. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That the building shall be used only for the purpose specified in the application and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: As permission is granted only because of the need for this community facility.
