Decision
Planning Permission on 3rd January 2001
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That within one month of the demolition of the former stable block building, the land affected by the demolition shall be infilled with topsoil to match the level of the surrounding paddock and sown with a similar type grass to that of the paddock. Reason: To ensure that the development is assimilated into its surroundings.

That within one month of the date of this decision, a detailed planting scheme for the area to the west of the warehouse building, hereby permitted, and for the area to the south of this building and extending to the north-east corner of the former stable block, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The planting scheme shall be implemented as approved during the first planting season following the date of this decision and shall include the planting of live trees and shrubs of mixed native species. The existing Leylandii trees currently growing adjacent to the warehouse building shall be removed after a period of three years from the date of this permission. In the event of any of the trees or shrubs forming part of the planting scheme so planted dying or being seriously damaged or destroyed within five years of the completion of the development, a new tree or shrub or equivalent number of trees or shrubs, as the case may be, of a species first approved by the Local Planning Authority, be planted and properly maintained in a position or positions first approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the development is assimilated into its surroundings and adequately screened from the open countryside to the south and west of the site.

That there shall be not external storage of any materials, goods or packaging within the blue edged area of the site. Reason: To protect local amenities.
