Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
        Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for making good the walls around the
reduced window and door openings shall match those on the existing
building in colour, type and texture

been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority.
