That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That if within a period of 5 years from the date of the commencement of the development, the Local Planning Authority request in writing a third on-site parking space, such a parking space shall be provided within 3 months of the request. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Class A of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order), no additional windows to that shown on the submitted plan shall be inserted in the room anotated as bedroom 1 on the plan reference 537.1A unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
