Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That approval of the details of the design and external appearance of the
building(s) and the landscaping of the site (hereinafter called "the
reserved matters") shall be obtained from the Local Planning Authority
in writing before any development is commenced.
Reason: As the application is not accompanied by details of these matters.
That the development to which this permission relates shall be begun not
later than whichever is the later of the following dates:
(a) the expiration of five years from the date of this permission; or
(b) the expiration of two years from the final approval of the reserved
matters, or, in the case of approval on different dates, the final
approval of the last such matter to be approved.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof
shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has
been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the ambulance space and parking for the disabled shall be provided
prior to the first use of the building hereby permitted and shall
thereafter be kept available for such parking.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience.
That the parking area shown on the approved plans shall be provided
prior to the first use of the building hereby permitted and shall
thereafter be kept permanently available for the parking of motor
vehicles including parking not in association with the surgery.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience.
That the building shall be used as a health centre only and for no
other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special
circumstances.
