Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the use hereby permitted shall be discontinued on or before
31 January 2004 unless a fresh application shall have been submitted
to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
 
Reason: The site is not considered suitable for permanent stationing
        of caravans because of the substandard means of access.
That the mobile homes and ancillary buildings shall be removed from
the land and the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state on
or before 31 January 2004, unless a fresh application shall have
been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority.
 
Reason: The site is not considered suitable for permanent stationing
        of caravans because of the substandard means of access.
That the right of way shown on the drawing accompanying the letter
dated 14 July 1988 (copy attached) from the applicant shall be
kept clear of obstruction at all times.
 
Reason: To ensure that emergency service vehicles can reach the
        site in the event of a fire on the land.
