Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That, within six weeks of the cessation of use of the concrete batching plant and contractors compound, all machinery, structures, fencing and materials assocaited with resurfacing works shall be removed from the land and the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and in view of the temporary nature of the development. That the concrete batching plant shall not be operated before 8am on weekdays and Saturdays nor after 8pm on weekdays and 12 noon on Saturdays nor at any time on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area. That access to the site for carrying out the development shall be from the A4074 only and be in accordance with a signing scheme to promote left turn in and left turn out only to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development commences. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience.
