years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
 
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
             Act 1990.
That the bricks to be used for the plinth walls of the conservatory shall
be of the same colour, type and texture as those used for the existing
building.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That no additional glazing shall be installed in the north (side) elevation
of the conservatory hereby permitted.
 
Reason: To protect the privacy and amenity of No 13 Periam Close.
