Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to provide protection for the building against the weather during the progress of the works.
Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, rooflights and doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and thereafter shall be retained as such.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building.
That the plaster to be used for the making good of the facade shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building.
