Planning Permission on 22nd February 2000
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That prior to the commencement of any other development to which this permission relates, the means of access between the land and the highway shall be formed, laid out and constructed strictly in accordance with the specification of the means of access attached hereto, and all ancillary works therein specified shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with the said specification. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience.

That prior to the first use of the new vehicular access hereby permitted vision splays shall be provided in accordance with the detailed drawing (No 8) accompanying the planning application and shall be retained as such thereafter. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience.

That prior to the first use of the new vehicular access, the existing vehicular access shown on the approved plans shall be permanently closed in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. These details shall include the provision of a passing bay. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience.

That except insofar as may be otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, all trees, shrubs and hedges on the land shall be retained and protected during the course of the development and for a period of five years following the completion of the development. Any trees, shrubs or plants which within that period die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased, shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species, unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
