Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the making good of the walls shall be
of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing
building.

to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any

than that approved.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors, rainwater
goods and means of ventilation shall be in accordance with the approved

That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be
occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation
and use of the existing property Solanum Farm as a single dwellinghouse,
as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used
separately therefrom.

1 of schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning General Development Order
1988 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that order), no additional

Authority on a formal application in respect thereof.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the listed building
and the area in general.
