That at the end of a period of 5 years beginning with the date of this consent, the consent will lapse and the advertisements hereby approved shall be removed unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: By virtue of Regulation 18 (4) of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992. That the level of illumination of the mini-gantry sign shall not exceed 1200cd/m2. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to protect local amenities. That before the mini-gantry sign is erected the existing free-standing pole sign shall be removed from the land. Reason: To protect local amenities.
